Since its creation, SI2A has been specialized in the tropical shrimps of the great family of "Penaidaes" and imports about 5 500 tons by year.
Caught in sea in West Africa (Senegal, Nigeria, Ivory Coast), or grown in aquaculture pool of South America and central (Brazil, Equator, Honduras, Venezuela) or in the South east of Asia (Vietnam, India, Indonesia), they are marketed in frozen raw and can be to decline in different forms: whole, headless, P & D tail on, skewers…
